FUNDAMIX® controllers are designed to be integrated into higher level systems to support stable, automated mixing across a range of process conditions.

Closed-loop system

The VC-201 is designed to operate as part of a closed-loop control system, continuously regulating the mixing amplitude based on real-time feedback. A sensor measures the actual oscillation of the mixing plate, and the controller adjusts output to maintain the setpoint, even as process conditions change. This ensures consistent, reproducible mixing performance across batches. The system can operate independently or be integrated with external PLC or DCS systems for fully automated control and data monitoring.
